New Vista Asset Management is a leading, nationwide provider our outsourced REO asset management services that is focused on creating the best possible outcomes for distressed real estate markets by improving owner occupancy and multicultural access to housing through best-in-class REO disposition programs.
POSITION SUMMARY
The primary responsibility is to manage all aspects of foreclosed/REO properties in a timely manner, minimizing financial losses to the client company. Directly responsible to manage a portfolio of distressed REO assets including monitoring occupancy status, securing/trash out, utilities, cash-for-keys, eviction, re-occurring property maintenance. Will be directly responsible to review BPOs and valuations and create marketing plans for the resolution of foreclosed/REO properties. Additionally, will be directly interfacing and managing listing agents, contractors, departmental personnel and clients with primary focus on superior "client-service" by reducing the REO Marketing timeline (which is essential in driving the entire REO life cycle), reducing inefficiencies and maximizing value return to the client.

- Evaluate property values, taxes, zoning, population growth, transportation, and traffic volume and patterns

REQUIREMENTS
Education & Experience
2-5 years experience in Real Estate and/or related fields desirable.
2-5 years experience in REO Asset Management and/or related fields desirable.
Skills & Knowledge
Proficient knowledge in REO process:
- Real Estate Sales / Broker License or background a plus
- Working knowledge of REO Trans system a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills are required
- Adept at persuading and working with people
- Excellent analytical skills are required.
- Strong organizational skills are required
- Strong negotiating skills
